Davidic Servant in Isaiah: The Types That Point to Him

October 26, 2026

Isaiah never names most of the heroes he borrows from, but their actions run all through his book. Abraham, Moses, Cyrus, David, Gideon, Joshua, Solomon. Each one foreshadows the servant God will raise up in the last days. A reader sent me Avraham Gileadi's list of these types and asked how it could possibly point to Donald Trump. I agree with every item on that list. But it isn't finished. In this video I walk through what the list shows, what it can't show, and what it leaves out entirely: the New Jerusalem, a greater exodus, the temple, and the gathering of the Gentiles.
